高脂肪或高蛋白质的餐前零食对糖尿病前期人群全天血糖波动的影响  

Objectives of Study：

The effect of high fat or high protein pre-meal snacks on glycemic variability in prediabetes adults

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18 - 60岁
2）BMI>18.5kg/m2
3）糖尿病前期人群符合WHO诊断标准：
IFG：6.1 mmol/L≤空腹血糖<7.0 mmol/L且OGTT后2h血糖<7.8 mmol/L；
IGT：空腹血糖< 6.1 mmol/L且7.8 mmol/L≤OGTT后2h血糖<11.1 mmol/L；
IFG+IGT诊断标准：6.1 mmol/L≤FBG<7.0 mmol/L且7.8 mmol/L≤OGTT后2h血糖<11.1 mmol/L
4）自愿签署知情同意书者

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged 18-60 years
2) BMI>18.5kg/m2
3) prediabetes met WHO diagnostic criteria:
IFG:6.1 mmol/L≤FBG< 7.0 mmol/L and OGTT 2h PBG<7.8 mmol/L;
IGT:FBG<6.1 mmol/L and 7.8 mmol/ L≤OGTT 2h PBG< 11.1 mmol/L;
IFG+IGT:6.1 mmol/L≤FBG<7.0 mmol/L and 7.8 mmol/L≤OGTT 2h PBG<11.1 mmol/L
4) The patients sign the information consent form

排除标准：

1）近1个月应用降糖药物者
2）胃肠疾病、严重肝脏或肾脏疾病、活动期心脏病、严重脑血管疾病、甲状腺功能异常、器官移植者
3）妊娠和哺乳期妇女
4）咀嚼功能障碍，不能正常进食者，
5）对豆类乳类坚果类过敏或不耐受者
6）近3个月内参加过其他临床试验或进行减肥及其他特殊饮食
7）三餐作息不规律，有夜班等工作
8）每日体力活动水平差异大
9）饮酒、吸烟

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those who have used hypoglycemic drugs for the past one month
2) Gastrointestinal disease, severe liver or kidney disease, active heart disease, severe cerebrovascular disease, thyroid dysfunction, organ transplantation
3) Pregnant and lactating women
4) Chewing dysfunction, inability to eat normally,
5) Allergic or intolerant to beans, milk and nuts
6) Participated in other clinical trials or underwent weight loss or other special diet within the past 3 months
7) Irregular work and rest for three meals, night shift and other work
8) There were significant differences in daily physical activity levels
9) Drinking and smoking
