研究目的：

1.研究不同脑卒中一级预防方案对颈动脉不稳定斑块各项特征演变的影响。 2.研究不同脑卒中一级预防方案对缺血性脑血管事件的影响。 3.研究颈动脉不稳定斑块各项特征变化预测脑血管事件的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To study the effects of different primary stroke prevention programs on the evolution of characteristics of unstable carotid plaque. 2.To study the impact of different primary stroke prevention programs on ischemic cerebrovascular events. 3.Predict the occurrence of cerebrovascular events by studying the changes of various characteristics of unstable carotid plaque.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

拟纳入200例颈动脉不稳定斑块的患者，记录患者基本信息及颈动脉不稳定斑块HRMR-VWI检查结果。患者遵医嘱接受饮食调整、药物治疗、手术等脑卒中一级预防措施。随访预防措施开始后3月、6个月、12个月颈动脉不稳定斑块HRMR-VWI检查结果变化及缺血性脑血管事件的发生。研究不同脑卒中一级预防方案对颈动脉不稳定斑块各项特征演变及缺血性脑血管事件的影响，同时探讨颈动脉不稳定斑块各项特征变化预测脑血管事件的发生。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

It is planned to enroll 200 patients with unstable carotid plaque, and record the basic information of the patients and the results of HRMR-VWI examination of unstable carotid plaque.The patient received the primary prevention measures for stroke, such as diet adjustment, medication, surgery, etc. according to the doctor's order.The HRMR-VWI examination results of unstable carotid plaques and the occurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular events were followed up 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months after the start of preventive measures.To study the effects of different primary prevention programs for stroke on the evolution of various characteristics of unstable carotid plaque and ischemic cerebrovascular events, and to explore the changes of various characteristics of unstable carotid plaque to predict the occurrence of cerebrovascular events. 

纳入标准：

1)年龄≥18周岁；
2)影像学检查显示存在颈动脉斑块。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age ≥ 18 years old;
2) Imaging examination showed the presence of carotid artery plaque.

排除标准：

1)既往缺血性脑卒中的患者；
2)既往脑血管疾病、脑肿瘤、脑出血等疾病的患者；
3)未检出不稳定性颈动脉斑块的患者；
4)颈动脉闭塞的患者；
5)既往有颈动脉支架术（CAS）及颈动脉内膜剥脱术（CEA）的患者；
6)存在钆造影剂使用禁忌症的患者；
7)严重肝肾功能不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with previous ischemic stroke;
2) Patients with past cerebrovascular diseases, brain tumors, cerebral hemorrhage and other diseases;
3) Patients with unstable carotid artery plaque not detected;
4) Patients with carotid artery occlusion;
5) Patients with previous carotid artery stenting (CAS) and carotid endarterectomy (CEA);
6) Patients with contraindications to the use of gadolinium contrast agents;
7) Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
