研究目的：

研究中高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者中重复电切联合膀胱黏膜随机活检的价值,评估膀胱灌注治疗效果,并指导后续临床治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the value of repeated transurethral resection combined with random biopsy in middle and high-risk non muscle invasive bladder cancerevaluate the effect of Intravesical instillation and guide the follow-up treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①签署知情同意书；
②年龄＞18周岁，＜85周岁；
③中高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌, 符合膀胱癌二次电切指征，同意进行二次电切；
④二次电切阳性，拒绝或难以耐受根治性全膀胱切除术。

Inclusion criteria

①Sign informed consent
②age between 18
③patients with middle and high risk non muscle invasive bladder cancer, according with reTUR indications
④postive result of reTUR or can not tolerate radical cystectomy

排除标准：

①低危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌,或肌层浸润性膀胱癌；
②严重全身系统性疾病,无法耐受全身麻醉；
③严重出血倾向或凝血功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

①low risk non muscle invasive bladder cancer or muscle invasive bladder cancer
② patients with severe systemic diseases, unable to tolerate general anesthesia
③ patients with severe bleeding tendency or coagulation dysfunction
