研究目的：

1. 主要目的：超声术前评估甲状腺恶性肿瘤对喉返神经受侵状态、预判喉返神经保留程度。 2. 次要目的：为临床提供喉返神经正常参考值  

Objectives of Study：

1.The main purpose of this study was to valuated thyroid lesions and surgically confirmed cases of RLN infiltration to identify ultrasound imaging features associated with such infiltration. 2.We also aimed to determine normal ultrasound values for RLN width, thickness, and cross-sectional area.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁;（2）穿刺病理诊断为甲状腺恶性肿瘤;（3）未进行甲状腺手术治疗；（4）理解本研究并愿意配合。

Inclusion criteria

(1)All patients are adults;(2)patients had thyroid cancer confirmed by biopsy ;(3) patients had no therapy of thyroid;(4)patients understand and cooperate with the research.

排除标准：

(1)患者曾经有颈部手术史；（2）患者不愿配合研究

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Patients had a history of thyroid or neck surgery
（2）Patients are reluctant to cooperate with the study
