研究目的：

本课题拟通过磁共振成像技术，研究在术后疼痛慢性化过程中NAc壳部与核部脑功能连接、结构连接和灰质体积的改变情况，寻找更加可靠的神经影像标记物，为识别慢性疼痛高风险病人提供预警，也为后续治疗供更精确的靶标。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to use magnetic resonance imaging technology to study the changes of brain functional connectivity, structural connectivity and gray matter volume between the NAc shell and nucleus during the process of postoperative pain chronicity, and to find more reliable neuroimaging markers. It can provide early warning for identifying patients at high risk of chronic pain and provide more precise targets for subsequent treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

45-65岁择期胸科手术人群。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 45-65 years for elective thoracotomy.

排除标准：

1.12个月内存在持续超过1周的急慢性疼痛症状；
2.术后需要放化疗；
3.携带磁性金属植或电子产品入物；
4.神经精神系统疾病；
5.肝肾等重要脏器功能不全；
6.视听觉语言功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute and chronic pain symptoms lasting more than 1 week within 12 months;
2. Postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy are required;
3. Carrying magnetic metal plants or electronic products into things;
4. Neuropsychiatric diseases;
5. Insufficiency of important organs such as liver and kidney;
6. Visual and auditory language insufficiency.
