应用二维超声斑点追踪显像技术评价阵发性房颤患者导管射频消融前后左心房左心室功能变化的相关性分析，并探讨影响房颤复发的危险因素及对房颤复发的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the correlation analysis of left atrial and left ventricular function changes before and after catheter radiofrequency ablation in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation using two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging technology, and to explore the risk factors affecting the recurrence of atrial fibrillation and the predictive value of the recurrence of atrial fibrillation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.本院经常规心电图及动态心电图确诊为阵发性房颤；
2.患者同意行导管射频消融术治疗且经食道超声心动图检查左心房及左心耳未见血栓；
3.经胸超声心动图检查未合并器质性心脏病；
4.经胸二维超声图像清晰。

Inclusion criteria

1. The hospital was diagnosed with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation by routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram;
2. The patient agreed to undergo catheter radiofrequency ablation and no thrombus was found in the left atrium and left atrial appendage by transesophageal echocardiography;
3. Transthoracic echocardiography without structural heart disease;
4. Transthoracic two-dimensional ultrasound images are clear.

排除标准：

合并先天性心脏病、瓣膜病变、心肌病、心功能不全（EF<50%）。

Exclusion criteria：

Combined with congenital heart disease, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, and cardiac insufficiency (EF<50%).
