研究目的：

主要目的： 1.通过基线调研，明了偏远农村地区母婴营养及健康的现状与需求； 2.通过个性化健康教育干预，科学评估此健康教育干预策略对婴幼儿健康改善的效果，探索出一套有效促进农村母婴健康的社区健康管理员服务系统。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. Through the baseline survey, the status and needs of maternal and infant nutrition and health in remote rural areas have been clarified; 2. Through individualized health education intervention, scientifically evaluate the effect of this health education intervention strategy on the health improvement of infants and young children, and explore a set of community health administrator service system that can effectively promote the health of rural mothers and infants.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在基线调研时， 在样本乡镇或村的孕妇怀孕4个月及以上；
2.有婴幼儿0-6月龄的家庭。

Inclusion criteria

1. During the baseline survey, pregnant women in the sample township or village were pregnant for 4 months or more;
2. Families with infants and young children aged 0 to 6 months.

排除标准：

1.孕妇有严重精神或智力障碍或其他严重疾病；
2.婴幼儿有重大疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant women with severe mental or intellectual disabilities or other serious illnesses;
2.Infants with major illnesses.

项目研究人员采用STATA 15.0完成样本的随机抽样过程。首先，选取南充市所有脱贫前的国家级贫困县（2018年），合计4个县。在4个样本县中，每县随机抽取20个农村乡镇，合计80个样本乡镇。基线调研完成后，基于分层随机的原则，将40个样本乡镇随机分入干预组（个性化健康教育组），40个样本乡镇分入对照组（无任何干预措施）。分层随机的第一层按照县级水平随机（4个样本县），分层随机的第二层按照样本乡镇样本量随机（所在县乡镇样本量的中位数）

The samples were selected randomly by using the STATA 15.0. 20 rural townships were selected randomly from 4 nationally designated poverty counties respectively, in a total of 80 townships. 40 out of 80 townships are randomly assigned to the treatment group, and the other 40 townships are in the control
