研究目的：

1.评价TEAS治疗帕金森病便秘的疗效。 2.探讨TEAS治疗帕金森病便秘的可能相关机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the efficacy of TEAS in treating constipation due to Parkinson's disease. 2. To explore the possible related mechanism of TEAS in treating constipation in Parkinson's disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)受试者诊断为原发帕金森病患者；
2)便秘的诊断有临床表现和其他辅助检查证据；
3)患者能与研究者进行良好沟通，并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Subjects were diagnosed with primary Parkinson's disease;
2) The diagnosis of constipation is based on clinical manifestations and other auxiliary examination evidence;
3) Patients can communicate well with researchers and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1)有明确病因的帕金森病综合征，如血管性帕金森综合征；
2)明显白质病变；
3)明确的帕金森叠加综合征，如多系统萎缩等，以及明确其他系统疾病导致的帕金森综合征；
4)排除肠道器质性病变；
5)具有严重的心、肝、肺、肾、血液、免疫或影响其生存的严重疾病者；
6)不能配合完成研究过程；
7)过去3个月内参加过其他临床医学研究；
8)医生判断不适合参与本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Parkinson's disease syndrome with clear etiology, such as vascular Parkinson's disease;
2) Obvious white matter lesions;
3) Clear Parkinson's superimposed syndrome, such as multi-system atrophy, and Parkinson's syndrome caused by other system diseases;
4) To exclude intestinal organic lesions;
5) Having serious heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood, immune diseases or serious diseases affecting their survival;
6) Unable to cooperate to complete the research process
7) Participated in other clinical medical studies in the past 3 months;
8) Doctors judge that they are not suitable to participate in this study.
