狼疮性肾炎中血清和外泌体标志物的鉴定。  

Objectives of Study：

纳入标准：

1.收集经免疫学诊断、病理学确认的SLE患者200例，其中伴随肾炎和无肾炎病人各100例，采集患者治疗前血清样本；
2.健康对照组：在鼓楼医院体检中心选取与SLE患者年龄、性别匹配的同期健康体检者100例。

Inclusion criteria

1. Two hundred SLE patients diagnosed by immunology and confirmed by pathology were collected, including 100 patients with nephritis and 100 patients without nephritis. Serum samples were collected before treatment;
2. Healthy control group : 100 healthy subjects matched with age and gender of SLE patients in the same period were selected from the physical examination center of Gulou Hospital.

排除标准：

排除肿瘤及其他自身免疫性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Tumors and other autoimmune diseases were excluded.
