Objectives of Study：

Clinical study of congenital nephrotic syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.出生3个月内出现的肾病综合征为先天性肾病综合征；
2.经肾穿刺确诊为先天性肾病综合征的患儿；
3.发病年龄是0-3岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Nephrotic syndrome that occurs within 3 months of birth is congenital nephrotic syndrome;
2. Children with congenital nephrotic syndrome confirmed by renal aspiration;
3. The age of onset is 0-3 years.

排除标准：

放弃治疗患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

Abandoning treatment for children.
