研究目的：

通过分析电针联合抗抑郁药疗法对抑郁症患者脑结构和功能的特异性改变及其与临床症状学变化的相关性探索神经影像学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the neuroimaging mechanism of electroacupuncture combined with antidepressant therapy by analyzing the specific changes of brain structure and function and its correlation with clinical symptoms in patients with depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者：1.符合《国际疾病分类与诊断标准》第十版（ICD-10）中轻、中度抑郁症（F32.0，F32.1）诊断标准；2.年龄18-45岁，右利手；3.首次诊断，未参与其他治疗计划；4.24项汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-24）总分＞8分并且≤35分；5.自愿签署知情同意书。
健康对照：1.年龄18-45岁，右利手；2.HAMD-24总分≤8；3.此前未被诊断过抑郁症；4.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients: 1.meeting the diagnosis of mild-to-moderate depression according to the International Classification of Diseases 10th Edition (ICD-10, F32.0, F32.1); 2.aged 18-45 years, and right handed; 3.first diagnosed, have not participated in other treatment plans; 4.a 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) total score＞8 and≤35; 5.a signed informed consent.
Healthy controls: 1.aged 18-45 years, and right handed; 2.a 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) total score≤8; 3.have not been diagnosed with depression before; 4.a signed informed consent.

排除标准：

患者：1.双相抑郁；2.本研究开始前8周内曾参加其他临床试验；3.正在服用抗抑郁药或药理作用未过洗脱期；4.2周内曾接受针刺治疗；5.孕妇、哺乳期妇女；6.有其他严重的系统疾病需要治疗；7.有头部外伤史或其他脑部疾病；8.有自杀计划或行为；9.有MRI禁忌症。
健康对照：1.本研究开始前8周内曾参加其他临床试验；2.2周内曾接受针刺治疗；3.孕妇、哺乳期妇女；4.有其他严重的系统疾病需要治疗；5.有头部外伤史或其他脑部疾病；6.有MRI禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients: 1.diagnosis of bipolar depression; 2.have participated in other clinical trials in the past eight weeks; 3.are taking antidepressants or the pharmacological effects of antidepressants have not been washed out; 4.have received acupuncture treatment in the past two weeks; 5.are pregnant or lactating; 6.have other serious diseases that needed to be treated; 7.have head trauma history or other brain diseases; 8.have suicidal plan or behavior; 9.have any MRI contraindications.
Healthy controls: 1.have participated in other clinical trials in the past eight weeks; 2.have received acupuncture treatment in the past two weeks; 3.are pregnant or lactating; 4.have other serious diseases that needed to be treated; 5. have head trauma history or other brain diseases; 6.have any MRI contraindications.
