纳入标准：

①诊断符合美国风湿病学会1997年推荐的SLE分类标准；②年龄≥18周岁；③可进行正常的交流或阅读，能理解并回答问题；④知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① The diagnosis meets the classification criteria of SLE recommended by the American College of Rheumatology in 1997; ② Age ≥18 years old; ③ Can communicate or read normally, can understand and answer questions; ④ Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①患有严重躯体疾病的患者；②患有严重的神经系统疾病、精神疾病或认知功能下降的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with serious physical diseases; ② Patients with severe neurological disease, mental illness or cognitive decline.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：于2021年6月至2022年3月调查到四川大学华西医院就诊的系统性红斑狼疮患者，使用问卷包括一般资料问卷、中文版患者积极度量表、领悟社会支持量表、正负性情绪量表、慢性病患者健康素养量表、家庭关怀度指数问卷、慢性病自我效能量表、治疗自我调节问卷、慢性病管理评价量表和疾病感知问卷。取得知情同意后发放调查问卷，由研究者本人亲自发放并使用统一的标准化指导语，要求调查对象对每个项目如实填写，提高资料填写的准确性、完整性和有效率。当场完成填写问卷后，调查者对已完成的问卷进行检查，针对逻辑错误的问卷，请研究对象修补或重新填写。 数据的录入及分析：所有数据均采用双人录入法进行统一整理、编号和输入，并行逻辑查错，以保证录入数据的准确性。经校对后建立数据库，进行资料的统计分析。若问卷条 目缺失大于20%，则剔除此问卷;条目缺失小于20%，则使用均数替代法处理，即用具有完整数据的同类个体的该条目均值代替缺失值。统计分析过程由统计学专家予以指导。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus visiting West China Hospital of Sichuan University from June 2021 to March 2022 will be included. The questionnaires included the General information questionnaire, Chinese version of patient positive scale, perception of social support scale, positive and negative emotion scale, health literacy scale for chronic disease patients, family care index questionnaire, chronic disease self-efficacy scale, treatment self-regulation questionnaire, chronic disease management evaluation scale and disease perception questionnaire. After the informed consent is obtained, the questionnaire is distributed by the researcher himself with standardized instructions. The research object is required to fill in the questionnaire truthfully for each item to improve the accuracy, completeness and efficiency of data. After completing the questionnaire, the investigator will check the completed questionnaire and ask the subject to repair or fill in the questionnaire with logical errors. Data entry and analysis: All data will be uniformly sorted, numbered and input by two-person input method, and errors will be checked by parallel logic to ensure the accuracy of data entry. After proofreading, a database will be established for statistical analysis of the data. If the questionnaire If the missing rate is greater than 20%, this questionnaire will be eliminated. If the missing item is less than 20%, the method of mean substitution could be used, that is, the missing value can be replaced by the mean value of the item of the same type of individuals with complete data. The statistical analysis process is guided by a statistician.
