研究目的：

探索规律运动锻炼对轻度认知功能障碍患者临床表现相关的特定领域认知功能的改善效应，揭示轻度认知功能障碍患者最易于受运动影响的认知成分。探索运动对轻度认知功能障碍患者影响的可能机制，以期为运动干预提供调控目标与监控指标。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the effect of regular exercise on the improvement of cognitive function in specific areas related to the clinical manifestations of patients with mild cognitive dysfunction, and reveal the cognitive components of patients with mild cognitive dysfunction that are most susceptible to exercise. Explore the possible mechanism of exercise affecting patients with mild cognitive impairment, in order to provide control targets and monitoring indicators for exercise intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）主诉记忆力降低，具有认知功能障碍，但未达痴呆诊断标准，蒙特利尔认知评估（Montreal cognitive assessment，MoCA）得分<26，简易精神状态检查（Minimental state examination，MMSE）≥24；2）年龄≥65岁，无规律性运动锻炼，日常生活能力量表（Activity of Daily Living Scale，ADL）评估<26，身体基本健康，无器质性疾病。3）核磁共振成像T1加权序列临床诊断海马体积萎缩。

Inclusion criteria

1) Complaints of decreased memory and cognitive impairment, but did not meet the diagnostic criteria of dementia, Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) score <26 , Minimental state examination (MMSE) ≥ 24; 2) Age ≥ 65 years, irregular exercise, Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL) assessment <26, basic physical health, No organic diseases. 3) MRI T1-weighted sequence clinical diagnosis of hippocampal volume atrophy.

排除标准：

各类运动禁忌症（心血管疾病、运动性疾病等），认知障碍药物服用，严重认知障碍、精神疾病或其它确认的神经退行性疾病，核磁共振成像检查禁忌症等。

Exclusion criteria：

Various exercise contraindications (cardiovascular disease, motor disease, etc.), cognitive impairment drugs, severe cognitive impairment, mental illness or other confirmed neurodegenerative diseases, MRI examination contraindications, etc.
