研究目的：

1.评价养阴调阳法治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作的安全性及有效性； 2.基于“肠道菌群-慢性低度炎症”的相关性，初步探讨养阴调阳法治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the safety and efficacy of nourishing yin and regulating yang in the treatment of manic episodes of bipolar disorder; 2. Based on the correlation of ''intestinal flora-chronic low-grade inflammation'', preliminarily explore the mechanism of nourishing yin and regulating yang in the treatment of manic episodes of bipolar disorder.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合双相情感障碍躁狂发作诊断标准；
2.符合狂证火盛伤阴证的证候诊断标准；
3.性别不限，年龄18-60岁之间；
4.YMRS评分≥20分；
5.自愿参与临床研究，监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for manic episodes of bipolar disorder;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for the syndrome of madness and fire and injury to the yin;
3. No gender restriction, aged between 18-60 years;
4. YMRS score >= 20 points;
5. Voluntarily participate in clinical research, and the guardian signs the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.脑器质性疾病所致精神障碍者；
2.近1年有酒精等精神活性物质依赖史；
3.有严重自伤或伤人行为者；
4.有严重躯体疾病，或肝、肾功能明显异常者（高于正常值1.5倍以上）；
5.近一月曾服用中药治疗；
6.对中药过敏者；
7.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
8.近一月参加过其他药物临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with mental disorders caused by organic brain diseases;
2. History of dependence on psychoactive substances such as alcohol in the past 1 year;
3. Those who have serious self-harm or hurt others;
4. Those with serious physical diseases, or with obvious abnormal liver and kidney functions (more than 1.5 times higher than the normal value);
5. Have taken traditional Chinese medicine in the past month;
6. Those who are allergic to traditional Chinese medicine;
7. Pregnant or lactating patients;
8. Those who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs in the past month.
