研究目的：

（1）评价养阴调阳法治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作的安全性及有效性； （2）基于“肠道菌群-慢性低度炎症”的相关性，初步探讨养阴调阳法治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Evaluate the safety and efficacy of therapy of replenishing yin and regulating yang for manic episode in bipolar disorder. 2.Investigate the mechanism of this therapy from the point of gut flora and chronic low grade inflammation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合双相情感障碍躁狂发作诊断标准；
②符合狂证火盛伤阴证的证候诊断标准；
③性别不限，年龄18-60岁之间；
④YMRS评分≥20分；
⑤自愿参与临床研究，监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) diagnosed with manic episode in bipolar disorder;
(2) diagnosed with traditional Chinese medicine pattern of yin-deficiency due to excessive fire;
(3) aged between 18-60, no limitation on gender;
(4) Young mania rating scale score no less than 20;
(5) written informed consent obtained from proxy.

排除标准：

①脑器质性疾病所致精神障碍者；
②近1年有酒精等精神活性物质依赖史；
③有严重自伤或伤人行为者；
④有严重躯体疾病，或肝、肾功能明显异常者（高于正常值1.5倍以上）；
⑤近一月曾服用中药治疗；
⑥对中药过敏者；
⑦妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
⑧近一月参加过其他药物临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) mental disorders due to brain organic diseases;
(2) history of alcohol or drug dependence in the past one year;
(3) with serious self-mutilation or act of hurting others;
(4) with severe physical diseases, or significant abnormality of the liver or renal function (1.5 times higher than the upper limit of the reference range)
(5) intake of Chinese medicine in the past one month.
(6) history of allergy to Chinese medicine;
(7) pregnant or breastfeeding women;
(8) participation in other clinical drug trials in the past one month.
