研究目的：

通过本研究利用特点刺激方式通过感觉刺激肝经足部的区域，采用两点辨别阈测量生殖器区域，揭示毗邻区域之间竞争性的活动依赖性的相互作用，为此深入探寻足厥阴肝经“绕阴器”所蕴含的经脉体表与体表（肝经足部与生殖器）之间的特定联系的生物学机制，为经络学说提供翔实的科学依据，也为经络研究开辟新的研究思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Through this study, the characteristic stimulation method was used to stimulate the liver meridian foot area through sensory stimulation, and the two-point discrimination threshold was used to measure the genital area, revealing the competitive activity-dependent interaction between adjacent areas. For this purpose, we will explore the foot Jueyin liver meridian in depth. The biological mechanism of the specific connection between the meridian body surface and the body surface (liver meridian, foot and genitals) contained in the "Ruoyin Device" provides a detailed scientific basis for the meridian theory and opens up new research ideas for the study of meridians .

纳入标准：

1.正常健康男性志愿者；
2.年龄20-40周岁；
3.自愿参加研究，并能配合安排，并签署知情同意书。；
4.神志清楚，生命体征平稳地患者，能够理解研究内容以及相关报告者；
5.近2周未使用任何中西药物；

Inclusion criteria

1. Normal healthy male volunteers;
2. Age 20-40 years old;
3. Volunteer to participate in the research, and be able to cooperate with the arrangement, and sign the informed consent. ；
4. Patients with clear consciousness, stable vital signs, and able to understand the research content and related reporters;
5. Have not used any Chinese or Western medicine in the past 2 weeks;

排除标准：

1. 不符合病例纳入标准者；
2. 具有生殖系统疾病患者；
3.具有神经系统疾病、精神系统疾病患者；
4.害怕针灸者，孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
5.严重的糖尿病、皮肤过敏或有穴位局部皮损、瘢痕体质者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who do not meet the criteria for case inclusion;
2. Patients with reproductive system diseases;
3. Patients with neurological or mental diseases;
4. Those who are afraid of acupuncture, pregnant or breastfeeding women;
5. Severe diabetes, skin allergies, or local skin lesions or scars at acupoints.
