研究目的：

主要目的：探讨不同的按压次数是否产生温度变化幅度、视觉模拟评分、痛阈、肌张力不同的变化；提供叠掌按压法治疗胸椎小关节紊乱的力学参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To investigate whether different pressing times can produce different changes of pain threshold muscle tension in visual simulation score of temperature change amplitude. To provide a mechanical reference for the treatment of small joint disorder of thoracic vertebra by folding palm press.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合胸椎小关节紊乱的诊断标准；
2.年龄在18-50，男女不限；
3.病变节段在T3-T4之间的患者；
4.病程：至少3个月；
5.VAS评分5-7分；
6.无器质性病变、精神病病史、家族遗传病病史、外伤性疾病；
7.患者依从性高；
8.自愿参加本试验，签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for thoracic facet joint disorders;
2. Aged 18 to 50 years, male or female;
3. Patients with lesions between T3-T4;
4. Course of disease: at least 3 months;
5. VAS score 5-7 points;
6. No organic disease, history of mental illness, family history of genetic disease, traumatic disease;
7. High patient compliance;
8. Those who voluntarily participated in this experiment and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.不耐受手法治疗者；
2.胸椎侧凸(Cobb角> 20°)、骨质疏松、脊椎骨折等疾病或脊椎手术病史的患者；
3.合并有严重心脑血管、消化系统、呼吸系统、泌尿系统、血液病等疾病；
4.妊娠期、哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who cannot tolerate manual therapy;
2. Patients with thoracic scoliosis (Cobb angle > 20°), osteoporosis, vertebral fractures and other diseases or patients with a history of spinal surgery;
3. Combined with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, digestive system, respiratory system, urinary system, blood disease and other diseases;
4. Pregnant and lactating women.
