研究目的:

1.探究精神分裂症的核心病理网络及其与其他脑网络间的关系,揭示精神分裂症感觉运动系统的脑网络特征。 2.综合分析舞蹈训练前后精神分裂患者核心脑网络(皮层-基底节回路/脑岛网络)、临床及认知功能的改变,阐释舞蹈训练干预精神分裂症的神经机制。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To explore the core pathological network of schizophrenia and its relationship with other brain networks, and to reveal the brain network characteristics of the sensorimotor system of schizophrenia. 2. Comprehensively analyze the changes of the core brain network (cortical-basal ganglia circuit/insula network), clinical and cognitive functions of schizophrenic patients before and after dance training, and explain the neural mechanism of dance training intervention in schizophrenia.

纳入标准:

1.精神分裂症被试
(1)DSM-V临床诊断为精神分裂症的住院患者。
(2) PANSS 总分(Kay et al., 1987)大于 65 分 。
(3)病程 在 2-15 年间 。
(4)药 物当量无统计显著性差异。
(5)年龄(18-50 岁) 。
(6)教育年限(9-16 年) 。
(7)BMI 体重指数()
(8)右利手。
(2)健康被试
1.在性别、年龄、受教育年限、BMI 体重指数等方面与与精神分裂症组 匹配的健康被试。 2.无精神疾病、神经系统疾病、脑部创伤、脑器质性病变、慢 性基础性疾病(临床诊断的糖尿病、高血压、风湿类疾病等)、物质依赖等,3.均为右利手。

Inclusion criteria

Subjects with schizophrenia
1. Dsm-v was clinically diagnosed as an inpatient with schizophrenia;
2. The total score of PANSS (Kay et al., 1987) is greater than 65 points;
3. The course of disease was 2-15 years;
4. There was no statistically significant difference in drug equivalent;
5. Aged 18 to 50 years;
6. Years of education (9-16 years);
7. BMI (body mass index);
8. Right-handed.
Healthy subjects:
1. Healthy subjects matched with the schizophrenia group in terms of sex, age, years of education, BMI, etc.;
2. No mental diseases, neurological diseases, brain trauma, organic brain lesions, chronic basic diseases (clinically diagnosed diabetes, hypertension, rheumatic diseases.), substance dependence, etc.;
3. All were right-handed.

排除标准:

1.排除极瘦与极重的
2.同时排除并发其他精神疾病症状的 患者,脑部有创伤或器质性病变的患者,有严重基础性疾病的(临床诊断的糖尿病、高血压、 风湿类疾病等)
3.无法理解本实验的患者等

Exclusion criteria:

1. Exclude the extremely thin and heavy;
2. patients with concurrent symptoms of other mental diseases, patients with brain trauma or organic lesions, and patients with serious underlying diseases (clinically diagnosed diabetes, hypertension, rheumatic diseases, etc.);
3. Patients who cannot understand this experiment.
