Objectives of Study：

Intraoperative Use of Non-invasive Cardiac Output Monitoring versus Standard Fluid Management in Free Perforator Flap Surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Experimental group: FloTrac System (Edwards Lifesciences, Irvine, CA, USA); which is an non-invasive cardiac output monitoring device to estimate the patient cardiac and hemodynamic parameters during operation. Control group: Clinical parameters including non-invasive blood pressure monitoring, heart rate, urine output 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Experimental group: FloTrac System (Edwards Lifesciences, Irvine, CA, USA); which is an non-invasive cardiac output monitoring device to estimate the patient cardiac and hemodynamic parameters during operation. Control group: Clinical parameters including non-invasive blood pressure monitoring, heart rate, urine output 

纳入标准：

1. Aged at least 18 year-old;
2. Head and neck cancer required surgical excision and free perforator flap surgery.

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged at least 18 year-old;
2. Head and neck cancer required surgical excision and free perforator flap surgery.

排除标准：

1. Pregnant;
2. Severe psychiatric illnesses;
3. Emergent operation;
4. Re-operation;
5. Patient's refusal.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant;
