研究目的：

通过8周的6-hTRF干预，观察早期6-h TRF（7:00-13:00）与晚期6-h TRF组（12:00-18:00）对于年轻成人的减肥效果以及血压、血脂和血糖等心血管参数的影响；通过测定血液中昼夜节律相关基因和代谢物的变化情况以及粪便中微生物群的组成，探讨TRF可能的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

After 8 weeks of 6-hTRF intervention, the effects of early 6-hTRF (7:00-13:00) and late 6-hTRF (12:00-18:00) on weight loss and cardiovascular parameters such as blood pressure, blood lipid and blood glucose in young adults were observed. Objective to explore the possible mechanism of TRF by measuring the changes of circadian rhythm related genes and metabolites in blood and the composition of microbial community in feces.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄介于 18-30 岁之间；
2.身体质量指数（BMI）≥24kg/m^2；
3.近3个月体重稳定（体重改变＜±10%）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 18-30 years;
2. Body mass index (BMI) >= 24kg/m^2;
3. Stable weight in the past 3 months (weight change <±10%).

排除标准：

1.近6年吸烟者；
2.近6个月服用可能影响研究结果的药物者；
3.月经周期不规律者；
4.怀孕或准备怀孕者；
5.饮食限制者（如素食主义者）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Smokers in the past 6 years;
2. Those who have taken drugs that may affect the results of the study in the past 6 months;
3. Irregular menstrual cycle;
4. Those who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant;
5. Those with dietary restrictions (such as vegetarians).

先将参与者按性别、BMI（24-27.8kg/m2/≥28 m2）分层后，再按1:1:1的比例随机分为对照组、早期6-h TRF组（7:00-13:00）和晚期6-h TRF组（12:00-18:00），采用SPSS21.0统计软件产生随机分配表。
