研究目的：

通过比较分析本院标本中，弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（diffuse large B cell lymphoma, DLBCL）和黏膜相关淋巴组织（mucosa associated lymphoid tissue, MALT）淋巴瘤中Ki-67免疫组化（immunohistochemistry, IHC）的染色情况，探索不同切片厚度对Ki-67阳性表达的影响，以筛选出临床IHC工作中最优切片厚度。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing and analyzing the Ki-67 immunohistochemical staining in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma in our hospital specimens, the effects of different slice thicknesses on the positive expression of Ki-67 were explored to screen out the optimal slice thickness in clinical IHC work.

纳入标准：

由2名以上病理专家重新共同阅片并明确诊断为粘膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤或弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤。

Inclusion criteria

More than 2 pathologists jointly read the films and confirmed the diagnosis of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
