研究目的：

通过建立儿童家系队列，探讨环境因素、个人生活方式、遗传因素及遗传-环境交互作用对西部地区儿童青少年高血压发生和发展的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of environmental factors, personal lifestyle, genetic factors and genetic-environmental interactions on the occurrence and development of hypertension in children and adolescents in the western region by establishing a pediatric family cohort.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.基线入组儿童年龄6-15岁；
2.入组儿童的家庭成员，如父母与祖父母；
3.现居住地房屋为自购房或产权所有房，在现居住地址居住6个月以上；
4.民族为汉族或彝族；
5.自愿参加该项目并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children enrolled at baseline were aged from 6 to 15 years;
2. Family members of enrolled children, such as parents and grandparents;
3. The house at the current residence was purchased or owned by the property owner and lived at the current residence address for more than 6 months;
4. Ethnicity was Han or Yi;
5, Voluntary participation in the program and signing of informed consent.

排除标准：

1.中途拒绝调查者；
2.患有重大疾病无法配合调查者；
3.预计在调查地居住时间少于2年。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who refused the survey in the middle of the process;
2. Those who are suffering from major diseases and cannot cooperate with the survey;
3. Those who are expected to live in the survey place for less than 2 years.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用设计好的病例记录表（CRF），收集基线及随访结束后研究对象的体格检测数据，生化指标数据。数据质控人员对每个随访的数据进行质控，发现异常值时，需找原因，及时进行修订。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

A designed case record form (CRF) was used to collect physical test data and biochemical index data from the study subjects at baseline and at the end of follow-up. The data quality control personnel quality control the data of each subject, and when abnormal values are found, the reasons need to be found and revised in a timely manner.
