研究目的：

探索内窥镜手术系统应用于盆腔手术的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the safety and effectiveness to accomplish robotic-assisted surgery using Toumai Endoscopic Surgery System in Pelvic Surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)18周岁≤年龄≤80周岁；
(2)需接受盆腔内窥镜手术治疗，并有以下手术治疗指征之一：
?子宫切除手术、子宫附件切除手术
(3)受试者或其代理人自愿参加并签署知情同意书，愿意接受相关检查和临床随访

Inclusion criteria

（1）Aged between 18 to 80 years.
（2）Patient with at least one of the following surgical indications: hysterectomy or adnexal hysterectomy.
（3）All subjects are required to give informed consent to the this study and sign informed consent voluntarily. Willing to cooperate and complete all follow-up visits

排除标准：

(1)妊娠或哺乳期女性。
(2)恶性肿瘤临床分期为IV期者。
(3)需行急诊手术者。
(4)存在活动性出血、凝血功能严重异常（凝血酶原时间（PT）或国际标准化比值（INR）高于正常值上限1.5 倍）；
(5)有严重心血管或循环系统疾病且不能耐受手术。
(6)近1个月内参与过其他临床研究。
(7)无法理解研究要求，或不能完成研究随访计划。
(8)研究者认为有其他不适合入组的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Pregnant or lactating women
(2)The clinical stage of malignant tumor is IV
(3)Requiring emergency operation
(4)Active bleeding and severe abnormal coagulation
(5)Severe cardiovascular or circulatory diseases.
(6)Paticipated other clinical trials in the last 1 months.
(7)Unable to understand research's requirements or unable to complete all the follow-up visits.
(8)Other conditions judged by the investigators.
