探讨“无管化”5mm 单孔胸腔镜胸交感神经链切断术治疗原发性手汗症的可行性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the feasibility and safety of 5 mm uniportal and tubeless video-assisted thoracoscopic sympathectomy (VATS) under non-intubated, intravenous anesthesia with spontaneous ventilation in selected patients with primary palmar hyperhidrosis (PPH).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合原发性手汗症诊断标准；患者及患者的家属具有强烈手术意愿并签署手术知情同
意书；手术中行“无管化”5mm 单孔胸腔镜胸交感神经链切断术。

Inclusion criteria

The results were in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of primary palmar hyperhidrosis; Patients and their family members have strong intention to operate and sign the informed consent
Letter of intent; During the operation, "tubeless" 5 mm Single Hole thoracoscopic sympathectomy was performed.

排除标准：

排除结核、甲状腺功能亢进等导致的继发性的手汗症患者；排除有明显的胸膜粘连、
窦性心动过缓及肺部疾病的患者；术中行气管插管或者双腔气管插管或者留置胸管尿管的患者；
切口选择多于 1 个及以上的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with secondary palmar hyperhidrosis caused by tuberculosis and hyperthyroidism were excluded; The patients with obvious pleural adhesion were excluded
Patients with sinus bradycardia and lung diseases; Patients with endotracheal intubation or double lumen endotracheal intubation or indwelling thoracic catheter during operation;
Patients with more than one incision were selected.
