研究目的：

评估应用博来霉素行子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)治疗子宫肌瘤的安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of bleomycin for uterine artery embolization (UAE) in the treatment of uterine fibroids.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

博来霉素 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

bleomycin 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄：≥18岁、≤60岁；
（2）临床或病理确诊为子宫肌瘤；
（3）临床、实验室及影像学资料完整；
（4）临床症状显著：月经量增多、痛经进行性加重者；
（5）不存在血管造影的其他禁忌证（如对比剂过敏，未能控制的感染，不能纠正的凝血技能障碍等）；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age: ≥18, ≤60 years old;
(2) Clinical or pathological diagnosis of uterine fibroids;
(3) Complete clinical, laboratory and imaging data;
(4) Significant clinical symptoms: increased menstrual volume, dysmenorrhea progressive aggravation;
(5) There are no other contraindications for angiography (such as contrast agent allergy, uncontrolled infection, uncorrected coagulation disorders, etc.);

排除标准：

（1）凝血功能异常（INR＞1.5或凝血酶原时间（PT）＞ ULN+4秒），具有出血倾向或正在接受溶栓或抗凝治疗；
（2）合并妇科恶性肿瘤者；
（3）感染病活动期；
（4）有严重心、肺、肾、脑等基础疾病，不能耐受介入治疗者；
（5）妊娠或哺乳期者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) abnormal coagulation function (INR > 1.5 or prothrombin time (PT) > ULN+4 SEC), bleeding tendency or receiving thrombolytic or anticoagulant therapy;
(2) patients with gynecological malignancy;
(3) active stage of infectious disease;
(4) Patients with serious heart, lung, kidney, brain and other basic diseases who cannot tolerate interventional therapy;
(5) Pregnancy or lactation.
