研究目的：

主要目的：明确中医电针疗法对减轻腹部手术患者术后疼痛的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Objective to clarify the effect of electroacupuncture on relieving postoperative pain in patients with abdominal surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.完成腹部手术；
3.取得知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18;
2. Complete abdominal surgery;
3. Obtaining informed consent.

排除标准：

1.手术部位感染；
2.针灸穴位处存在皮损红肿感染；
3.出现术后并发症，如出血、穿孔、梗阻、腹腔间隔室综合征；
4.术前半年内规律使用止痛药物；
5.合并心律失常或使用起搏器等心血管疾病；
6.术前6周内接受针灸治疗；
7.神志不清；
8.妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Surgical site infection;
2. There were skin lesions, redness, and infection at acupuncture points;
3. Postoperative complications, such as bleeding, perforation, obstruction, abdominal compartment syndrome;
4. Regular use of analgesic drugs within half a year before operation;
5. Cardiovascular diseases such as arrhythmia or pacemaker;
6. Receive acupuncture treatment within 6 weeks before operation;
7. Delirium;
8. Pregnancy.
