研究目的：

主要目的：比较瑞倍宁静脉全麻与七氟醚吸入全麻对老年腹腔镜结肠癌手术患者认知功能及苏醒质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Comparison of the effects of rebenin intravenous general anesthesia and sevoflurane inhalation general anesthesia on cognitive function and quality of recovery in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic colon cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.术前经电子肠镜、病理等检查，确诊为结肠癌；
2.年龄65-75 岁；
3.简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分＞23 分；
4.知晓并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Colon cancer was diagnosed by electronic colonoscopy and pathological examination before operation;
2. Aged 65 to 75 years;
3. Mini mental status check scale (MMSE) score> 23 points;
4. Know and Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

排除标准：

1.合并严重心、肺、肝、肾功能异常者；
2.存在精神障碍或心理疾病患者，服用精神药物者；
3.对研究药物有过敏者；
4.存在视觉、听觉障碍者；
5.重症肌无力患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction;
2. Patients with mental disorders or mental illnesses who take psychotropic drugs;
3. People who are allergic to study drugs ;
4. People with visual and hearing impairments ;
5. Patients with myasthenia gravis.
