我们的目的是开发和验证一个列线图术前预测嗜铬细胞瘤术中血流动力学不稳定IHD和手术后的并发症发生率  

Objectives of Study：

We aimed to develop and validate a nomogram for preoperative prediction of IHD and morbidity after pheochromocytoma surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病理检查证实嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断，包括单侧腹腔镜或开放性肾上腺切除术。临床分期为局部（明显良性）疾病，美国麻醉师学会（ASA）评分为1-3。

Inclusion criteria

The diagnosis of pheochromocytoma was confirmed by pathologic examination and patients who underwent unilateral either laparoscopic or open adrenalectomy were included. Clinical stage was localized (apparently benign) disease and American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score was 1-3.

排除标准：

排除嗜铬细胞瘤家族史患者转开腹患者双侧肾上腺切除术或异位嗜铬细胞瘤手术患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with pheochromocytoma familial history, patients who converted to laparotomy, those who underwent bilateral adrenalectomy or surgery for ectopic pheochromocytoma were excluded.
