研究目的：

本研究将探索与患者免疫治疗预后有相关性的免疫细胞亚群及表型，寻求反映晚期肺癌患者免疫治疗预后的生物标志物，为临床肺癌的治疗方案制定提供科学的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will explore the immune cell subsets and phenotypes that are related to the prognosis of patients with immunotherapy, seek biomarkers that reflect the prognosis of patients with advanced lung cancer immunotherapy, and provide a scientific theoretical basis for the formulation of clinical lung cancer treatment plans.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.组织病理学明确诊断为肺癌；
2.影像学评估为不可切除肺癌；
3.一线治疗包括免疫单药治疗或免疫联合化疗；
4.确诊肺癌前5年内未确诊或治疗过其他恶性肿瘤。

Inclusion criteria

1. Histopathologically diagnosed as lung cancer;
2. Imaging assessment is unresectable lung cancer;
3. First-line treatment includes immune monotherapy or immune combination chemotherapy;
4. No other malignant tumors have been diagnosed or treated within 5 years before the diagnosis of lung cancer.

排除标准：

1.合并终末期肝病或肾病。
2.长期应用免疫抑制类药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with end-stage liver disease or kidney disease.
2. Long-term use of immunosuppressive drugs.
