研究目的：

以晚期肺癌患者为研究对象，使用流式细胞仪检测经免疫治疗前后的晚期肺癌患者外周血免疫细胞及其表型，明确外周血各类免疫细胞亚群及其表型分布。通过分析不同疗效组间免疫细胞亚群及表型分布特点，本研究将探索与患者免疫治疗预后有相关性的免疫细胞亚群及表型，寻求反映晚期肺癌患者免疫治疗预后的生物标志物，为临床肺癌的治疗方案制定提供科学的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The peripheral blood immune cells and their phenotypes of patients with advanced lung cancer before and after immunotherapy were detected by flow cytometry. By analyzing the distribution characteristics of immune cell subpopulations and phenotypes among different therapeutic groups, this study will explore the immune cell subpopulations and phenotypes related to the prognosis of patients with immunotherapy, and seek biomarkers reflecting the prognosis of patients with advanced lung cancer, so as to provide scientific theoretical basis for the development of clinical treatment plan of lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①组织病理学明确诊断为肺癌；
②影像学评估为不可切除肺癌；
③一线治疗包括免疫单药治疗或免疫联合化疗；
④确诊肺癌前5年内未确诊或治疗过其他恶性肿瘤。

Inclusion criteria

① Lung cancer was diagnosed by histopathology;

② The imaging evaluation was unresectable lung cancer;

③ The first-line treatment includes immunomonotherapy or immunochemotherapy;

④ No other malignant tumor was diagnosed or treated within 5 years before the diagnosis of lung cancer.

排除标准：

①合并终末期肝病或肾病。
②长期应用免疫抑制类药物。
③不符合以上纳入标准。

Exclusion criteria：

① End stage liver disease or renal disease.

② Long term use of immunosuppressive drugs.

③ The above inclusion criteria were not met.
