研究目的：

1.探讨术中肺复张期吸入氧浓度与肺不张之间的关系； 2.术后肺超声评分与术后氧合指数关系； 3.术中肺复张期吸入氧浓度与患者短期预后及不良事件的发生率的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the relationship between fraction inspired oxygen and atelectasis during alveolar recruitment; 2.Relationship between postoperative lung ultrasound score and postoperative oxygenation index; 3.Relationship between inhaled oxygen concentration and short-term prognosis and incidence of adverse events during intraoperative pulmonary reextension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者及其家属同意；
2.性别不限，年龄不限；
3.肺功能正常；
4.拟择期全麻下行胸腔镜下肺叶切除术手术患者；
5.ASA分级I-III。

Inclusion criteria

1.Consent of patients and their families;
2.No restriction on gender or age;
3.Normal lung function;
4.Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy under elective general anesthesia;
5.ASA grade I-III.

排除标准：

1.术前肾功能不全，肺间质性病变，胸膜炎，支气管扩张，慢性阻塞性肺疾病，肺动脉高压；
2.术前存在肺淤血或肺水肿患者；
3.心衰，先天性心脏病，气胸、乳腺癌术后化疗、感染，发热，呼吸功能不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Preoperative renal insufficiency, pulmonary interstitial lesions, pleurisy, bronchiectasis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary hypertension;
2.Patients with pulmonary congestion or pulmonary edema before surgery;
3.Heart failure, congenital heart disease, pneumothorax, postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer, infection, fever, respiratory insufficiency.
