研究目的：

本研究选择胆总管结石合并肌少症患者，对比腹腔镜和开放胆总管切开取石术组两组患者术后住院时间、术后进食时间、术后止痛药使用时间、术后排气时间、术后下床活动时间及术后严重并发症、胆漏、腹腔出血、腹腔感染、感染性休克、死亡率等相关指标，评价腹腔镜与开腹手术在胆总管结石合并肌少症患者胆总管切开取石手术中临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the sarcopenic patients with choledocholithiasis were selected and compared with laparoscopic and open choledochotomy group. The postoperative hospital stay, the days of oral intake, the days of NSAIDS usage, the days of bowel movement, the days of Off-bed activities, the rate of ,the rate of major complications ,the rate of bile leakage ,the rate of Intra-abdominal hemorrhage ,the rate of Intra-abdominal abscess, the rate of septic shock,the rate of hospital mortality was evaluated .In addition to compare the clinical outcomes of laparoscopic versus open choledochotomy for choledocholithiasis inpatient with sarcopenia

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为胆总管结石需要行胆总管切开取石患者；
2.肝功能 Child-push 分级 A 或 B级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with choledocholithiasis requiring choledocholithotomy;
2. Child-push classification of liver function A or B.

排除标准：

1.胆管癌或其他恶性肿瘤患者；
2.严重器官功能障碍患者；
3.不适合肝切除术的重度胆汁性肝硬化患者；
4.需要胆肠吻合术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cholangiocarcinoma or other malignant tumors;
2. Patients with severe organ dysfunction;
3. Patients with severe biliary cirrhosis who are not suitable for liver resection;
4. Patients requiring cholangioenterostomy.
