研究目的：

1.构建循证和德尔菲法的产后盆底康复的集束化护理方案； 2.探讨集束化护理方案在产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Constructs evidence-based and Delphi cluster care programs for postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation; 2.Explore the application effect of centralized nursing scheme in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.单胎存活婴儿的足月自然分娩产妇；
2.产后复查并符合产后盆底功能障碍诊断的患者；
3.年龄20-35岁；
4.经盆底肌力测定为：I-III级；
5.依从性良好，能定期随访者。

Inclusion criteria

Included standards: 1. Full-term natural delivery of single-fetal surviving infants; 2. Patients with postpartum reexamination and meet the diagnosis of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction; 3, age 20-35 years. 4, was determined by pelvic floor muscle strength as Grade I-III.

排除标准：

1.患有心脏病、糖尿病、高血压等疾病者；
2.装有心脏起搏器者；
3.手术史，尤其是子宫肌瘤或卵巢肿物行开腹、腹腔镜手术者；
4.恶性肿瘤患者；
5.神经系统疾病患者；
6.有泌尿系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Elimination criteria: 1. Patients with heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and other diseases; 2. Patients with poor compliance without regular follow-up; 3. Patients with cardiac pacemaker; 4. History of surgery, especially uterine fibroids or ovarian swelling for abdominal and laparoscopic surgery; 5. patients with malignant tumors; 6. patients with neurological diseases; 7. Patients with urinary diseases.

本研究采用便利抽样方法，选取 2020年 06 月~2021年06月北京大学人民医院、通州妇幼保健院、西城妇幼保健院、昌平妇幼保健院符合纳入标准的患者160 例，根据随机原则进行分组，对照组 80例和干预组80 例。对于参与本研究的患者，由研究人员向其说明此研究的整个过程，以及在干预期间需要患者如何进行配合。本研究获得医院伦理委员会批准，同时在患者知情同意的情况下开展。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

两组患者的一般资料如年龄、身高、体重、孕产次、分娩方式、脱垂分期等，通过患者自述及病例资料获取。结局指标的基线评价于患者入组时完成，第2次评价于干预后1一个月，第3次评价于干预后3个月。评价方式包括妇科检查、盆底电生理检查及量表填写，评价时采用统一指导语，均由同一位盆底专科医师进行妇科检查和结果填写，由研究者进行盆底电生理检查、按量表内容逐条询问并向患者核实后完成。数据均有项目负责人统一管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

General data of the two groups of patients, such as age, height, weight, pregnancy, childbirth, delivery mode, prolapse stage, etc., are obtained through the patient self-report and case data. Baseline evaluation of the outcome index was completed when the patient was enrolled, the second was 1 month after intervention and the third was 3 months after intervention. The evaluation methods includes gynecological examination, pelvic floor electrophysiological examination and scale. Evaluation adopts unified guidance, completed by the same pelvic floor specialist for gynecological examination andresults. The researchers conduct pelvic bottom electrophysiological examination, inquired one by item and verified to the patient. The data are uniformly managed by the project leader.
