研究目的：

该研究目的在于探索在根治性膀胱切除术中进行单次灌注化疗是否能有效改善术后总生存期及无病生存期，从而为提高手术疗效提供进一步的证据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore whether a single injection of chemotherapy during radical cystectomy can effectively improve postoperative overall survival and disease-free survival, so as to provide further evidence for improving oncological outcomes after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 2013年1月--2019年4月在我院行机器人辅助腹腔镜根治性膀胱癌切除术及腹腔镜下根治性膀胱切除术的膀胱癌患者；2. 术后病理为尿路上皮癌；3.围手术期资料完整，术后接受随访

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with bladder cancer who underwent robot-assisted radical cystectomy or laparoscopic radical cystectomy in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2019;
2.The histologic type was urothelial carcinoma;
3.Patients those who were with complete clinical data and were followed up after operation.

排除标准：

1.术前发现远处转移者；2.临床信息、病理资料有缺失者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients those who were diagnosed with distant metastasis before surgery;
2.Patients those who were with incomplete clinical and pathological data.
