研究目的：

研究布地奈德联合肺表面活性物质的最佳剂量、疗程以及对<30W早产儿BPD的防治作用，并对合并症及激素的副作用进行长期随访。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the optimal dose, duration and efficacy, as well as the long-term follow-up of complications and hormone side effects of budesonide combined with surfactant in the prevention and treatment of Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD) in premature infants less than 30 weeks.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

同时满足以下条件：
1. 胎龄<30周或出生体重<1500g；
2. 生后诊断RDS，需使用肺表面活性物质（珂立苏）治疗；
3. 生后12h内临床出现呼吸困难，需要机械通气；
4. 获得新生儿父母或监护人的知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Meanwhile, the following conditions are met:
1. The gestational age <30 weeks or birth weight <1500 g;
2. The diagnosis of respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) after birth requires treatment with surfactant (Calf Pulmonary Surfactant);
3. Clinical dyspnea occurred within 12 hours after birth and mechanical ventilation was required;
4. Obtain informed consent from the parent or guardian of the neonate.

排除标准：

1. 排除严重的先天性畸形或严重先天性心肺疾病；
2. 未获得新生儿父母或监护人的知情同意。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude severe congenital deformity or severe congenital heart and lung disease;
2. Do not obtain informed consent from the parent or guardian of the neonate.
