研究目的：

本研究以推拿结合悬吊训练对颈椎病患者的颈部功能进行康复训练，借助颈部功能康复临床规范的功能康复评估方法、表面肌电与激光关节定位觉测试，观察中西医结合康复技术对颈部功能的影响，并进一步探讨其机理，为进一步临床深入研究及推广打基础。本课题从人体运动学的角度，对颈椎病患者进行推拿结合悬吊训练，是一个改良的康复疗法。同时通过主客观评估手段研究中西医结合康复训练技术，进行临床和相关理论研究，探索中西医结合康复训练技术的临床应用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study massage combined with sling exercise therapy on the neck of the function in patients with cervical spondylosis rehabilitation training, with the help of neck function rehabilitation clinical standard function rehabilitation evaluation methods, methods of electricity and laser joint positioning test, observation of Chinese and western medicine combined with rehabilitation technology's influence on the neck, and further explore the mechanism of the groundwork for the further clinical research and promotion. This topic from the Angle of human kinematics, for patients with cervical spondylosis massage combined with sling exercise therapy, is an improved rehabilitation therapy. At the same time, through subjective and objective evaluation methods to study the rehabilitation training technology of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, clinical and relevant theoretical research, explore the clinical application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation training technology.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合《中华人民共和国中医药行业标准中医骨伤科病症诊断疗效标准》诊断标准的颈椎病患者。
②患者能够且主观愿意配合并自愿签署知情同意书。
③无悬吊训练禁忌症和推拿禁忌症。
④年龄在20岁以上、70岁以下。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients with cervical spondylosis in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the People's Republic of China standard of Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry standard of Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopaedic Disease diagnosis and efficacy standard.
② The patient was able and willing to cooperate and sign the informed consent voluntarily.
③ No contraindications to suspension training and massage.
④ They are over 20 years old and under 70 years old.

排除标准：

①有相关悬吊训练禁忌症和推拿禁忌症。
②患者不能配合或主观不愿配合的。

Exclusion criteria：

① There are related contraindications to suspension training and massage.
② Patients can not cooperate or subjective unwilling to cooperate.
