基于真实世界临床数据评价中医药治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM in the treatment of primary liver cancer based on real world clinical data.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

通过采集2015年至2017年期间真实世界原发性肝癌治疗过程中应用中药（包括中草药和中成药）的数据， 以临床应用中药时间≥1个月定义为应用中药治疗，以临床应用中药时间＜1个月定义为非应用中药治疗； 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

By collecting data on the application of traditional Chinese medicine (including Chinese herbal medicine and proprietary Chinese medicine) in the treatment of real world primary liver cancer from 2015 to 2017, The clinical application time of Chinese medicine 1 month was defined as the application of Chinese medicine therapy, and the clinical application time of Chinese medicine < 1 month was defined as the non-application of Chinese medicine therapy. 

纳入标准：

符合（2015版）原发性肝癌组织病理学或影像学诊断标准患者；年龄在18周岁以上男性或女性患者；能获得完整病历信息的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who meet the histopathological or imaging diagnostic criteria for primary liver cancer (2015 edition); Male or female patients aged 18 or above; Patients who have access to complete medical information.

排除标准：

所有原始电子病历或者纸质病历信息不完整的患者；只住院一次且住院时间小于24小时的患者；只住院一次且确诊后无法获得随访信息的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

All patients whose original electronic medical records or paper medical records are incomplete; Patients who were hospitalized once and for less than 24 hours; Patients who were unable to obtain follow-up information after diagnosis.
