研究目的：

初步评价新式微创手术（PRBT）治疗跟腱断裂的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to primarily evaluate the clinical effects of the minimally invasive surgery（PRBT） in the treatments for Achilles tendon rupture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 急性单侧跟腱完全断裂患者；
2. 年龄18到65岁；
3. 签署书面同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Acute unilateral Achilles tendon rupture;
2. Aged 18 to 65;
3. Sign the written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 患者拒绝接受新式手术；
2. 以前经历过失败的手术；
3. 慢性跟腱断裂；
4. 双侧跟腱断裂；
5. 有严重的基础疾病不适宜手术；
6. 患者不在本地居住，无法定期随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient refusing to accept the novel surgery;
2. Previous failed surgery on the effected tendon;
3. Chronic Achilles tendon rupture;
4. Bilateral Achilles tendon rupture;
5. Injury accompanied by severe complications;
6. Patient who are unable to follow up.
