在真实世界中，基于原发性肝癌中医个体化诊疗数据，观察采用中医药治疗原发性肝癌患者的生存情况，并评价其临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

In the real world, based on the individualized diagnosis and treatment data of TCM for primary liver cancer, the survival of patients with primary liver cancer treated with TCM was observed and its clinical efficacy was evaluated.

纳入标准：

符合（2015版）原发性肝癌组织病理学或影像学诊断标准患者；年龄在18周岁以上男性或女性患者；能获得完整病历信息的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who meet the histopathological or imaging diagnostic criteria for primary liver cancer (2015 edition); Male or female patients aged 18 or above; Patients who have access to complete medical information.

排除标准：

所有原始电子病历或者纸质病历信息不完整的患者；只住院一次且住院时间小于24小时的患者；确诊后无法获得随访信息的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

All patients whose original electronic medical records or paper medical records are incomplete; Patients who are only hospitalized once and the length of hospitalization is less than 24 hours; Patients who were unable to obtain follow-up information after diagnosis.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

原发性肝癌真实世界中医临床数据获取分为两部分。一部分是临床电子病历数据，一部分是非住院期间的随访数据。 （1）临床电子病历数据获取方法：采用电子病历数据检索系统，以“原发性肝癌”为检索词，检索全部住院病历，采用人工录入的方式，获取临床数据。 （2）应用随访系统获取原发性肝癌患者的随访数据 采用移动通讯设备对患者进行随访，内容包括患者生存信息、中药治疗情况及用药时间。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The acquisition of TCM clinical data in the real world of primary liver cancer is divided into two parts. Part of it is clinical electronic medical record data, and part of it is follow-up data during non-hospitalization. (1) clinical electronic medical record data acquisition method: the electronic medical record data retrieval system was used to retrieve all inpatient medical records with "primary liver cancer" as the retrieval term, and the clinical data were acquired by manual entry. (2) the follow-up system was used to obtain the follow-up data of patients with primary liver cancer Patients were followed up with mobile communication devices, including patient survival information, TCM treatment status and medication duration.
