研究目的：

本研究目的是观察右美托咪定联合罗哌卡因局部浸润麻醉能否减轻小儿扁桃体切除术后疼痛及减少术后躁动发生  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to determine whether the local ropivacaine combined dexmedetomidine infiltration is more effectively than ropivacaine alone to reduce the pain after tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄在4-10岁，ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级，在红会医院做扁桃体腺样体切除的患者纳入研究。

Inclusion criteria

Children of ASA physical status I and II, aged 4-10 year, scheduled for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy at the Hong Hui Hospital, Xi'an Jiaotong University College of Medicine were enrolled in this study.

排除标准：

近期有上呼吸道感染，呼吸系统疾病，心功能不全，内分泌疾病，及对局麻药物过敏的患者排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with upper respiratory tract infection, peritonsillar abscess, obesity, serious cardiovascular, respiratory and endocrine diseases and those known allergy to local anesthetics were excluded from the study.
