研究目的：

探索“susan G. komen乳房健康与乳腺癌社区教育工具包”在住院乳腺癌患者中的本土化应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aim to explore the application of susan G. komen Community Education Toolkit for Breast Health and Breast Cancer in inpatients with breast cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18岁以上；（2）小学以上文化程度；（3）知情同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) over 18 years of age; (2) educational level above primary school; (3) informed consent to participate in this study.

排除标准：

（1）伴有其他严重的躯体性疾病及其严重并发症；（2）有严重智力或认知障碍；（3）正在参与其他的临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) other serious body diseases and severe complications; (2) mental or cognitive impairment; (3) participants in other clinical trials.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采集的全部资料由研究团队人员进行整理、编码，用Excel建立数据库，所有数据由两名研究人员双核对录入。
