研究目的：

（1）正常新生儿脑发育的超声功能成像特点 （2）脑损伤新生儿的超声功能成像特点 （3）超声脑功能成像技术与床旁脑电图等其他脑功能检查方法的一致性 （4）评估超声脑功能成像技术在神经系统发育预后预测中的价值  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Functional ultrasound imaging characteristics of normal neonatal brain development (2) Functional ultrasound imaging characteristics of neonates with brain injury (3) Consistency between ultrasound functional brain imaging and other functional examination methods such as bedside EEG (4) Evaluation of the value of functional ultrasound imaging in the prognosis of neurological development

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

根据病史、临床症状、体征、颅脑影像学（常规颅脑超声、MRI）、脑电图等综合诊断，包括：新生儿惊厥，3-4度颅内出血，脑梗死，脑积水（出血后、感染后、代谢性等），中-重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病，围产期脑卒中，胆红素脑病，新生儿细菌性脑膜炎，代谢性脑病、脑发育畸形等。

Inclusion criteria

Diagnosis based on history, clinical symptoms, signs, cranial imaging (cranial ultrasound, MRI), EEG, etc., including: neonatal convulsions, III-IV degree intracranial hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, hydrocephalus (post-hemorrhagic, post-infectious, metabolic, etc.), moderate-to-severe neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, perinatal stroke, bilirubin encephalopathy, neonatal bacterial meningitis, metabolic encephalopathy, developmental malformations of the brain, etc.

排除标准：

1）在数据采集过程中，被试哭闹难以安抚，使采集不能完成者；
2）被试新生儿存在囟门处头皮破损、感染，不能完成数据采集者；
3）家属拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those cry and are difficult to be soothed during the data collection process, making this process impossible to complete.
2) Those who had scalp breakage or infection at fontanelle, making it impossible to complete data collection.
(3) The family members refused to participate in the study.
