研究目的：

观察电针预处理神庭、百会、四神聪穴对行糖尿病足手术患者局部脑氧饱和度的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Shenting, Baihui and Sishencong acupoints on regional cerebral oxygen saturation in patients undergoing diabetic foot surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)在我院行糖尿病足手术患者；(2)年龄60～90岁；(3)美国麻醉医生协会（ASA ）分级 Ⅱ～III 级，无严重呼吸、循环、肝、肾、凝血功能异常的患者；(4)手术分级1～3级。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients with diabetic foot surgery in our hospital; (2) 60-90 years old; (3) American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Ⅱ-III grade, no patients with severe respiratory, circulatory, liver, kidney and blood coagulation abnormalities; (4) surgical grade 1-3.

排除标准：

(1)不能或不愿配合认知功能量表测试患者；(2)拒绝接受电针治疗的患者；(3)针刺部位有皮肤破损的患者；(4)依从性低，严重听力、视觉障碍，阅读、理解障碍患者；(5)术前合并精神系统疾病患者；(6)合并严重的呼吸、循环或其他系统功能障碍患者；(7)有心脏起搏器的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients who were unable or unwilling to cooperate with the cognitive function scale; (2) patients who refused to accept electroacupuncture treatment;(3)patients with skin damage at the acupuncture site;(4) patients with low compliance and severe hearing and visual impairment, patients with reading and understanding disorders;(5) patients with mental system diseases before operation;(6)patients with severe respiratory, circulatory or other system dysfunction;(7) patients with cardiac pacemakers.

利用SAS9.4软件PROC PLAN过程编程产生随机数字，按照试验组：对照组=1:1的比例随机分组，将受试者分配至试验组或对照组。生成随机数字表，将程序产生的随机分组结果打印出来，制订编码。并说明、记录随机数字的产生方法、过程、组别设置及分组结果，以备必要时查对。
