以中孕期唐氏筛查队列为基础，围绕临床基本特征、血清生化指标，建立上海地区GDM预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish the GDM prediction model in Shanghai based on the basic clinical characteristics and serum biochemical indexes of the Down's screening cohort during the second trimester of pregnancy.

纳入标准：

2018至2020年在复旦大学附属妇产科医院行唐氏筛查检测妊娠对象，具有OGTT及HbA1c指标以确诊妊娠期糖尿病，且具有7～18周常规生化糖脂数据。

Inclusion criteria

The included subjects were pregnant subjects undergoing Down's screening at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from 2018 to 2020, with OGTT and HbA1c indicators to diagnose gestational diabetes, and with 7-18 weeks of routine biochemical glycolipid data.

排除标准：

多胎，孕前有1型或2型糖尿病史，未在7～16周行常规生化糖脂检测，未在14～18周行唐氏筛查检测。

Exclusion criteria：

Multiple births, a history of type 1 or type 2 diabetes before pregnancy, lack of routine biochemical glycolipid testing for 7 to 16 weeks, and lack of Downs screening test.

随机表生成方法：应用SPSS25.0软件包，采用Rv.Uniform函数，生成714个随机数，对随机数编秩，按秩次排序，秩次1-215分为内部验证组。由项目负责人王志恒执行。

Random table generation method: using SPSS25.0 software package and using Rv.Uniform function to generate 714 random numbers, rank the random numbers, sort them by rank, and divide them into internal verification groups with ranks of 1-215. This operation will be carried out by the project leader Wang Zhiheng.

The data management of this study is the responsibility of our research group to ensure the authenticity, integrity, privacy and traceability of clinical test data. The main researcher was responsible for recording the information of each subject in detail and making it into Excel spreadsheet. The information included the subject's name, telephone number, ID card, medical card number, weight, height, blood pressure, imaging detection, serological examination, other basic diseases, medication and final production information, including pregnancy complications, fetal weight, type and deformity score, etc. After data entry, other researchers in our research group proofread and check the data, and all the information in Excel form needs to be signed by the person who changed and the date of modification.
