研究目的：

通过前瞻性研究保留宫颈纵隔的宫腔镜下子宫完全纵隔切开术的安全性及疗效，评估该手术方式在临床治疗子宫完全纵隔的安全性、优势和对改善患者生殖预后的疗效，评价保留宫颈的宫腔镜下完全性子宫纵隔切开术式的临床应用价值及卫生经济学效能，致力于提供综合性能更佳的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Through prospective research on the safety and reproductive outcomes of transcervical incision of septum (TCIS) with preservation of the cervical septum, we can evaluate the safety and advantages of this surgical method in the clinical treatment of complete uterine septum and its efficacy in improving the reproductive prognosis of patients. Meanwhile, we assess the clinical application value and health economic efficiency of transcervical incision of septum with preservation of the cervical septum. Committed to providing a treatment plan with better comprehensive performance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）20-45岁育龄期女性，有生育需求；
（2）经盆腔核磁共振三维重建诊断为双宫颈完全性纵隔子宫患者；
（3）能耐受宫腔镜手术者；
（4）获得知情同意或者能够提供书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Females of bearing age between 20-45 years old who have childbearing needs;
(2) A patient with complete septate uterus of duplicated cervix diagnosed by three-dimensional reconstruction of pelvic MRI;
(3) Those who can tolerate hysteroscopic surgery;
(4) Obtain informed consent or be able to provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

受试者有如何如下任何一项排除标准的，不得纳入本试验：
（1）患有子宫内膜病变、子宫及附件恶性肿瘤、输卵管疾病疾病、生殖内分泌疾病等影响妊娠者；
（2）严重心肺脑血管疾病、肝肾功能不全、精神障碍等不能耐受手术者；
（3）急性生殖道炎症感染期者、生殖道结合未系统抗结核治疗者；
（4）近3月子宫穿孔或子宫手术史者；
（5）不具备随访条件的患者；
（6）研究者认为其他不适合入组的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects who have any of the following exclusion criteria shall not be included in this trial:
(1) Those who suffer from endometrial diseases, malignant tumors of the uterus and appendages, fallopian tube diseases, reproductive endocrine diseases, etc. that affect pregnancy;
(2) Severe cardiopulmonary and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, mental disorders, etc. who cannot tolerate surgery;
(3) Patients with acute genital tract inflammation and infection stage, and those who have not been treated with systemic anti-tuberculosis treatment combined with genital tract;
(4) Those with a history of uterine perforation or uterine surgery in the past 3 months;
(5) Patients who do not have the conditions for follow-up;
(6) The investigator believes that other subjects are not suitable for inclusion in the group.
