研究目的：

1）主要目的：血管再通治疗失败后血栓特征的持续变化。 2）次要目的： ①描述血栓扩散的机制。 ②分析血栓扩散的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1) to characterize the change of persistent clots after failed recanalization treatment, 2) to delineate the mechanism of clot propagation, 3) to decipher the contributing factors to the clot propagation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18 岁
（2）急性缺血性卒中，大血管闭塞患者（ICA 或 M1）
（3）血管造影术中，未接受 EVT 治疗或 EVT 失败，TICI 0-1（无再灌注）
（4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Males and females aged ≥18 years.
(2)Acute ischemic stroke patients with large vessel occlusions (ICA or M1)
(3)Either not treated with EVT or EVT unsuccessful with TICI 0-1 (no reperfusion) at final angio run.
(4)Signed Informed Consent

排除标准：

（1）患有恶性肿瘤患者；
（2）听力障碍、视力障碍、配合程度差；
（3）精神病或神经分裂症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with malignant tumor;
(2) Hearing impairment, visual impairment and poor coordination;
(3) Patients with mental illness or schizophrenia.
