研究目的：

采用电生理及磁共振等多模态成像技术对特发性全面性癫痫的机制进行探讨和研究，用以发现具有诊断价值的生理学标志。后期将会引入动物实验，进行更深层次的研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Multimodal imaging techniques such as electrophysiology and magnetic resonance are used to explore and study the mechanism of idiopathic generalized epilepsy to discover physiological signs of diagnostic value. In the later period, animal experiments will be introduced for deeper research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.神经系统查体正常；2.脑电图背景节律正常；3.脑电图有全导同步痫样放电支持全面性癫痫的诊断；4.排除其他继发性全面性癫痫，如：炎症、代谢等病因导致的全面性癫痫。

Inclusion criteria

1.Nervous system examination is normal; 2. EEG background rhythm is normal; 3. EEG has full-lead synchronous epileptiform discharge to support the diagnosis of generalized epilepsy; 4. Exclude other secondary generalized epilepsy, such as inflammation Generalized epilepsy caused by etiologies such as metabolism and metabolism.

排除标准：

1.患者有肿瘤、蛛网膜囊肿、灰质异位等器质性病变；2.头动过大、不能配合完成检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1.1.The patient has organic diseases such as tumor, arachnoid cyst, gray matter heterotopia, etc.; 2. Excessive head movement, unable to cooperate in completing the examination
