研究目的：

检测circ-PPHLN1 、hsa-miR-629-5p、hsa-miR-629-5p 、hsa-miR-3116、lncRNA NOP14-AS1等指标在胎盘、羊水及外周血中的表达情况，初步评估其潜在的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Detect the expression of circ-PPHLN1, hsa-miR-629-5p, hsa-miR-629-5p, hsa-miR-3116, lncRNA NOP14-AS1 in the placenta, amniotic fluid and peripheral blood to evaluate their potential Clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

外周血地贫组纳入标准：基因诊断为地贫。外周血对照组纳入标准：健康受试者，基因诊断正常。
胎盘地贫组纳入标准：胎儿胎盘绒毛地贫基因检测结果提示地贫。胎盘对照组纳入标准：终止妊娠后胎盘绒毛检测地贫基因未见异常。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of the peripheral blood study
Thalassaemia group: the patients who were diagnosis of thalassaemia using genetic method.
Control group: healthy subjects.
Inclusion criteria for the placenta study
Thalassaemia group: Fetal placental genetic test suggest thalassaemia.
Control group: There was no abnormality in the genetic test of thalassaemia.

排除标准：

外周血排除标准：患有其他类型的血液性疾病，患有与地贫无关的其他血液系统、代谢病等内科疾病，妊娠等情况。
胎盘排除标准：胎儿其他畸形或遗传性疾病，如神经管缺陷、染色体异常、β地贫、免疫性水肿等；孕妇患其他类型遗传性疾病，孕妇存在可能影响胎盘功能的妊娠合并症、并发症的或不良接触史的，如妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症、吸烟等。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for peripheral blood study: Patients who suffer from other types of hematopoietic diseases diseases, metabolic diseases etc.Pregnant woman will be also excluded.
Exclusion criteria for placental study: Other malformations or genetic diseases of the fetus, such as neural tube defects, chromosomal abnormalities, immune hydrop fetalis, etc.Mothers who suffer from other types of genetic diseases, pregnancy complications that may affect placental function. Pregnant women who have history of adverse exposure will also be excluded.
