研究目的：

主要目的：观察PGRMC1在PCOS患者、健康对照人群中不同组织的表达情况； 次要目的：PGRMC1是否与PCOS患者糖脂代谢、性激素变化相关。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objectives: To observe the expression of PGRMC1 in different tissues of PCOS patients and healthy controls; Secondary purpose: Whether PGRMC1 is related to glucolipid metabolism and sex hormone changes in PCOS patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

PCOS组：
1.符合鹿特丹诊断标准；
2.年龄18-35；
3.自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意。
对照组：
1.没有内分泌病史，且月经正常病人；
2.年龄为18-35岁；
3.已知情同意、自愿参加且依从性好。

Inclusion criteria

PCOS group:
1.Accord with Rotterdam diagnostic criteria;
2.Age 18-35;
3.Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Control group:
1.Patients without endocrine disease history and have normal menstruation;
2.Age 18-35;
3.Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并心脑血管、肝肾疾病及血栓疾病等严重原发性疾病；
2.有酗酒、吸烟或吸毒等不良嗜好者；
3.有卵巢恶性肿瘤者；
4.不孕的原因不明确；
5.患有甲状腺疾病、高泌乳素血症、Cushing综合征等内分泌疾病者；
6.在促排周期中出现卵泡过早黄素化以及早发LH峰者；
7.依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, thrombus diseases and other serious primary diseases;
2.Addiction to alcohol, smoking or drugs;
3.With ovarian malignant tumor;
4.With unexplained infertility;
5.With thyroid disease, hyperprolactinemia, Cushing syndrome and other endocrine diseases;
6.Premature luteinization of follicles and early onset of LH peak during the ovulation induction cycle;
7.Poor compliance.
