研究目的：

主要目的： 观察分娩镇痛期间产妇对常见饮食的胃排空时间。 次要目的： 1.评价分娩镇痛期间常见饮食对母婴血糖及代谢的影响； 2.探索分娩镇痛期间产妇饮食的优化方案，包括进食种类、热量、容量及时机。为优化分娩镇痛期间产妇的饮食管理提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To observe the gastric emptying time of common diet during labor analgesia. Secondary purpose: 1.To evaluate the effect of common diet on maternal and infant blood glucose and metabolism during labor analgesia; 2.To explore the optimization of maternal diet during labor analgesia, including the type of food, energy, capacity and timing. To optimize the diet management of parturients during labor analgesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.自愿选择硬膜外分娩镇痛；
2.分娩镇痛前胃超声示胃排空状态；
3.第一胎，单胎，孕37-41周，年龄20-35周岁，BMI19-40kg/m2，无硬膜外分娩镇痛禁忌。

Inclusion criteria

1. Choose epidural labor analgesia voluntarily;
2. Before labor analgesia, gastric ultrasound showed gastric emptying;
3. The first, single, 37-41 weeks of gestation, aged 20 to 35 years, BMI 19-40 kg / m2, no contraindication of epidural labor analgesia.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期糖尿病且应用胰岛素的产妇；
2.胃肠手术史；
3.有胃动力异常的产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women with gestational diabetes and insulin application;
2. History of gastrointestinal surgery;
3. Parturients with abnormal gastric motility.
